Few Facts About Steel Pipes

Stainless steel is resistant to rust and oxidation in low and higher temperature as it contains chromium. This is exactly what makes stainless steel separate from mild steel or any other steel.

Although tubes aren’t the cheapest option available on the current market, they have many benefits. Aside from being resistant to rust, which permits them to be helpful in thin wall piping, they have low fluid friction properties and are easy to keep, making them cost-effective. They’ve been used in the construction of secure and durable constructions, like factories.

Various kinds of ‘stainless Steel industrial ASTM A312 A778 TP 304 / 304L and 316 / 316L‘ (which is also known as ‘ท่อเหล็ก สเตนเลส อุตสาหกรรม ASTM A312 A778 TP 304/304L และ 316/316L‘ in the Thai language)  are made to withstand unique environments, with varying temperatures.

Here are several types of tubes:

• Austenitic – ductile, non-magnetic and great for welding. It’s used to make kitchen wares, large-scale container, and piping.

• Ferritic – like austenitic, but a much better resistant to corrosion. It’s used in indoor gear, like washing machines.

Tube clamps are widely used in pipes, tubes, hose, wires fastening and setup. And there are several sorts according to different criteria.

There’s a famous kind of tube clamp according to German standard DIN 3015, we generally also call it hydraulic tube clamp. DIN 3015 clamps assure a reliable, easy, dampening support for pipes, hoses, tubes, and conduits in industrial hydraulic systems, mobile hydraulic systems, process industries, and electrical construction.

DIN 3015 hydraulic pipe moves absorb shock, dampen vibration, and reduce noise in hydraulic systems.

Construction:

There are three primary series of clamps as below: Standard series, Heavy duty, Dual pipe clamps.

Usually, material Polypropylene (PP) is used for ordinary clamps and Polyamide (PA) or Aluminum (AL) for high-temperature applications or other specific applications. Along with the substance of metal parts generally including galvanized steel for ordinary uses, 316 stainless steel, 304 stainless steel for applications under corrosion.
